Mia Ganda
Leadership | Personal Development
Born in Germany, Mia worked for a decade in the international fashion industry across Europe and the United States. Seeking a more grounded challenge, she then spent eight years in sports management and private banking in London, where she led high-level negotiations, directed strategic initiatives, and managed relationships with UHNW clients and global partners.
Clients consistently turned to her for guidance on professional transitions and personal development, which—following further studies in leadership coaching, psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, yoga, mindfulness, and applied neuroscience—naturally evolved into a full-time practice.
Mia is fascinated by human potential and our capacity to grow beyond inherited limitations—both professionally and personally. Her work focuses on building self-awareness, emotional clarity, and accountability in service of meaningful and sustainable change.
In 2017, she collaborated with Deepak Chopra to develop an emotional connection curriculum for the Chopra Foundation. She has been coaching individuals and groups internationally since 2014 and also offers one- off consultancy services on on personal and professional alignment.
