Mia is a coach, writer, and facilitator currently completing a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy in London. She also holds a Master’s in International Relations.

Born in Germany, she began her career in the international fashion industry across Europe and the United States before moving to London, where she spent eight years in sports management and private banking. Over time, her focus shifted from external negotiations to the inner landscapes of human growth and potential.

She has trained in leadership coaching, somatic experiencing, compassionate inquiry, yoga, mindfulness, and applied neuroscience. Her work weaves psychology, embodiment, and creative practice to support self-awareness, emotional clarity, and meaningful development.

Since 2014, she has coached individuals and groups internationally, and in 2017 co-created an emotional connection curriculum with Deepak Chopra for the Chopra Foundation.
